Amy Makaruk, TEP

Amy is a solicitor in our Wills, Trusts and Probate team, advising individuals on all aspects of estate planning.

The matters that Amy will typically manage include preparing wills, trusts and powers of attorney (including Lasting Powers of Attorney) to ensure that clients' assets are protected in the event of death or ill health.

Amy also assists individuals in the administration of trusts and estates and advises in relation to business and agricultural assets. She regularly advises families in respect of Court of Protection applications.

She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Law Society Private Client section.
